  Doctor seems to know his stuff even though we got no paperwork from them with his notes of what he said to take with us but OMG the office staff in the Geauga Location is the most unprofessional and rudest and their computer system must be from the dark ages or the lady we spoke to each time just did not feel like helping us. If you're from out of state they treat you like a 3rd world person even with insurance that they are part of the network. She acted like they would not be paid. Never in my life have i seen this type of treatment not in any of the 5 states I lived in nor when I was out of the country. It's just sad that you should get the best medical care and people that treat someone like this should not be in the health care environment. As I said the doctor himself seened good a little cold after he found out we were from out of state but nothing like the lady who answered the phone or was at the front desk.
