  For an urgent care, I have had worse. Their new system combines all their services--labs, radiology, occupational, urgent care--into one intake. Which is great, if you are not there for urgent care. Everyone else is called back first. I waited 45 minutes to see a nurse, another 15 for the doctor. The doctor was the most efficient part, but I only had one patient in front of me for all that wait time. At least I got the treatment I needed, but it is slower now than with the old configuration.

  When I arrived there was one person in the waiting room. Waited an hour to get back into the office. Waited another half hour for the doctor to arrive. Doctor was absolutely horrible. Had to take the flu test three times to get a result. When I asked them why it's taking so long they asked me if I wanted some candy. They told me I don't have the flu but never told me what I did have. I spend 2 hours and 45 minutes in that place for the worst treatment I've ever had. This is the worst medical facility I've ever been to in my life and I will never go back. Absolutely horrible. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere but here if you need a doctor.
